This French Tarot deck has 78 cards; there are the four suits (hearts, clubs, diamonds, spades) with cards numbered from 1 - 10 but each suit has four picture cards - Valets, Cavaliers, Dames and Rois (Jacks, Knights, Queens and Kings), there are 21 numbered "Atout" cards (trump cards) plus a further one, the Fou (Fool).
There is an instruction sheet as well as a spare card with point values on, but everything is in French (full English rules and explanation can be found on Wikipedia)
